1001 Albums Summary

This is the Guns N' Roses album that has all of the songs that I know from them (Welcome to the Jungle and Swet Child of Mine). My first introduction to them is guitar hero. I have never actually wanted to listen to their music beyond those songs but the album is ok! Very white dad rock to me. The instrumentals flowed together and I genuinely thought a couple of songs were just one song.

One of those bands I 'know of' and definitely recognize some songs from but have never actually sat down and listened to an album. I don't think I've heard any songs from this album though. I really enjoy screamo, which is like... metal's child right? Opening notes of Battery absolutely hooked me. I think this will be a good listen. I enjoyed most of this album. A good one to just sit and headbang to! Master of Puppets had such an interesting time signature!

Am I having a good time? I don't know. I don't think I like David Bowie. Okay I got to Stay and Fame. His funk music is a lot more appealing to me on this album. I know its a transition album so I might take a look at the next one to see if I like it more.

I have never heard of this band! First song is promising. This album gives a very specific goth vibe that I thing is very cool! I dont think I would listen to the album again, but several songs will probably make my Playlist.

Don't super care about this album but its nice to see where so many samples come from!

Metallica my beloved. I could listen to them all day.

Album isn't bad. It's very easy listening. I wouldn't mind listening to it again!
