1001 Albums Summary

Not what I was expecting. Its an album that is all over the place. Each song unique and different from the one before it. I may have judged the bug boys too harshly before. Definitely had lots of songs I was NOT a fan of lol but in general, a lot of these were beautiful and fun on their own. Fave song: Rocky Raccoon & Blackbird Overall rating: 3.5/5 (you can’t give half ratings but I am being honest lol)

Uhmmm This one was weird and I didn’t really fuck with it…(I’m a fake cure fan </3). Will definitely have to relisten and also listen to some of their other albums back to front to get a better understanding. I’ll just keep it a buck. I do love a short album and I felt this one was cohesive. 2.3/5 Fave song: A Short Term Effect

I enjoy Radiohead as a band. I don’t have much to say on this one. definitely not my fave of theirs, but it doesn't mean it’s bad. I enjoy the eerie-ness of this album. Favourite song: In Limbo Overall rating: 4.2

Complete 180 from the previous albums I was given to rate. I really do love old school hip-hop. Its so funky and I have completely been sleepin on it. Rating: 4.5/5 Favourite song(s): It’s Tricky, Walk This Way (ft. Aerosmith)

Really enjoyed this album! I wont even lie - super biased with the mention of Northern Ontario. Never thought i’d hear a sound like this from the 70s. Really appreciative for this app and the music I can find. Rating: 4.3 Favourite song: Woodstock

I’m quite fond of albums that have instrumental songs that feature little to no words. The introduction song is so cool. Sounds like something directly out of a video game; the type of music you hear when you're traversing a mountain level. This album is weird and funky and I like it.
