Good overall, maybe a little repetitive in terms of beats and overall feel, but still a fun, James Bond esc. listen. Best tracks were Glory Box and Sour Times
Wow, just wow. I am actually pissed at myself for putting this record off for so long. Wonderwall aside, I am extremely surprised how many other Oasis songs get swept under the rug because of it's immense popularity. 4-5 songs on the first disc of this project were complete bangers. Super glad I listened all the way through, and was sleeping on the ENTIRETY of this record, for WAY too long. This a turbo banger, end of discussion. One of the best releases of the 90's :)

Overall not bad. Not really my kind of thing, but definitely not a terrible record. I’d rate it a 3/5 personally. No songs really stand out. Didn’t hate it, didn’t love it.
Just a fun listen. 2 absolute bangers on this one in OutKasts' hit single Hey Ya! and the other being Love The Way You Move. Nothing much to say, other than for my future self, I am going to give my own rating on each of these, that is separate from the website ranking, and it will be out of 10. Fun listen, classic early 2000's hip hop/rap!

Best Tracks: Hey Ya! + Love The Way You Move
Pretty solid record. Seemed to be pretty popular back in the day when the boss released this one, (1978 I believe). Couple of really fun tracks and Springsteen's voice just carries most of the rest of the tracks. As a guitar junky I'm a slut for the catchy and satisfying chord progressions. Definitely a must listen to, glad its on the list.

Quintessential Kendrick here. Probably tied for my favorite Kendrick record, along side Mr. Morale. Some heavy hitters on this project, not only for Kendrick's catalogue but for the rap game as a whole. Whether you like him or not, Mr. Lamar is one of the "Mount Rushmore" artists of the Modern rap/hip hop/music day and age. Listened to this one many times over in the past, and always jammed to it. I even forgot he had a Dr. Dre feature, which is just sick.

First real Talking Heads record, and to be completely honest... I don't see the crazy appeal. I mean they are good, don't get me wrong, and this is 100% a better record than some of the ones I've gotten days prior. But a lot of the songs sound the same, and I don't really enjoy the singer all that much. The only time I've heard of this band is when I am talking to someone who is a cult follower, or to someone who's listened to them once or twice and spoke on them, and then never mentioned them again. It does kind of remind me of Mr. McDermitt, my Middle School English 8 teacher, who was a splendid fellow, and was one of my first big music/literature inspirations, So it did kind of bring back some fond memories of listening to these guys in his class.

Favorite Tracks: Who Is It? Psycho Killer
Favorite Korn record for sure. Jonathan Davis is a demon on vocals, bass is just Korn bass, doesn't get much more "Korny" than that. Head's tone on his guitar is very very grungy and heavy but clear for a "Nu-Metal" esc. record, reminds me of Brad Delson's tone. Definitely one of the top pioneers of the post-grunge, nu-metal/rap metal era of music. Super fun listen, also has an Ice Cube feature, which I had no clue existed, and is a pretty fun/oddly synergistic listen. Nothing much else to say!

It’s alright. Nothing crazy, pretty experimental and instrumental. It is David Byrne, whom is the lead singer of the talking heads, which is funny because I got “1977” a few days ago.
Tolerable, and not a bad listen, but definitely not on the top of my list, similar to that of the Talking Heads record.
