1001 Albums Summary

Heard many times. Always liked the singles. The other tracks still need time to grow but they're sticking in the head better after this listen.

As a metal fan, I should like Metallica more than I do. But it's more of a respect for their influence than an enjoyment of the music. I will say, the singles from this album were very inspiring to me as a teenager and got me more into the genre. Production is very dry. Drumming is unique, though not necessarily in a good way. I don't know, it doesn't fire me up the same way other metal albums do.

A fun funk/soul album

Repetitive. Probably relaxing if I listen to it more. Opening track is gorgeous

Pleasant rock album. Last track was fun.

Fun classic rock jams, plus 30 minutes of whatever the heck "Aumgn" and "Peking O" are.
