1001 Albums Summary

Not as strong as their later stuff, more bluesy, still great

Can really hear the inspiration the beatles took. Great vocals, full of energy. Better version of what Elvis was doing at the same time.

If this is the only one of his albums to make the list I'll be confused, it's not a bad album or anything it's just that he's got at least 4 albums that are way superior to this. It's an easy listen but there's not much memorable apart from American girl ofc.

It's oasis' best album and the only one I would say is a must listen. Every song is great, they really perfected their formula on the first go.

Green Day were the second band I really got into after Queen when I was 13, I loved everything from their first album to warning and a chunk of this album but this is where I see the band going downhill personally

Back to albums I haven't hear yet. This is a straight forward album, similar to his last album with the Velvet Underground. Really solid with a lot of great songs.

Bit boring, liked the first song but it got hard to commit to finishing it

Everything about this is on point, beats, lyrics, production and features

Strong start, lacks a bit in the middle but ends strong too

Possibly their best, it's between this and their debut for me

Wire are way ahead of their time
