10/10. I hadn’t listened to a Stevie Wonder album in full until now. This was a mistake. Back to back to back perfection from track to track. And he was just 23 when he made this? His SIXTEENTH album? Prodigy.

Love some of these improvised melodies. Particularly the final minutes of Part I and Part II c. Great story behind the album too. Context is everything.

Not one, but TWO songs on the “Maid in Manhattan” soundtrack?? Yup, that’s what really makes this album a classic in my humble opinion.
