Everything in its Right Place are you friggin jokin my PANTS. One of my top songs ever, no doubt.
This is my first time fully listening to a Radiohead album, and I forget not all their songs are melancholic in the way I expect.
Would it be crazy of me to say this sounds like a very British album? Not in a bad way. It makes me think of a gloomy, wet day on that grey little island.
After fully listening, there are only 5 songs I would put in my likes and listen to regularly. These are songs that would make me cry at 3 AM on the toilet. That’s my bar for Radiohead songs I think.
Oh, lord. I’m sure this is a classic album for some but I just found this a hard listen. Too slow paced for my rotted brain. I guess I’m not into psychedelic rock/funk. 😞 Shoutout to Empty Hands, you sorta got me jamming out.
I love one Arcade Fire song and it’s the only song I know/recognize. It’s not from this album, so I’m excited to listen to more of their music.
Holy shit, the accordion. If there’s one thing I love, it’s a friggin’ accordion. Stunning. Neighborhood #2, right into my likes. Such an intense, chaotic song
Neighborhood #4 (7 kettle). WOAH, the horror soundtrack opening. The unnerving strings juxtaposed the tranquil singing. Crazy.
Overall, a good album. Would I listen to all the songs? Nooo. But the ones that hit, HIT HARD.
Miss Dolly, I have only ever heard Jolene and 9 to 5. What a treat to hear more of her music.
Oh, Miss Dolly. You have me emotional right from the get-go. Coat of many colors.. it warmed my heart.
Lovely album. She is truly an American treasure. She’s the people’s princess of country music.
Just a very hard, slow listen for me. I can’t even embellish this review a little. I just couldn’t jam to this..
Yeah, it’s a no from me. Love the album cover, though. Also enjoyed the spoken opening for that first song.
Listened to this during my morning commute. Very calming.
Lily, Rosemary, and the Jack of Hearts was crazy.
I know two things when it comes to U2.
1. Vertigo.
2. They had their album on all our phones at one point without us knowing.
This is my first time listening to more of their music. Very 2000s UK, if that makes sense. Nothing memorable.
An album from the 60s? Yeah, big fan.
Wow. This album left me with the warm and fuzzies this beautiful Saturday morning (when I listened to it).
The type of album I’d love to listen to during a summer road trip. Windows open, breeze in my hair, and the sun kissing my cheeks.
She Comes in Colours was an instant save for me.
