1001 Albums Summary

Really solid. Chill first half (9/10), more rock-focused second half (7/10).

Just isn't for me. Not bad per se, but wouldn't choose to listen to it. Maybe I just didn't connect to it.

Great Album! Thought it was fairly mid at first but really grew on me after listening a few more times.

Liked it in the beginning and loved it after a few listens. Just damn good rock, a lot of variety and some great guitar solo's. What's not to love?

Eh, not my favourite. I guess it's interesting artistically but musically I just found it pretty underwhelming. Not bad, but didn't really do anything for me.

Weird in all the right ways. Some songs didn't 100% connect, but The Wolf of Velvet Fortune made up for those.

Love this album! I'm not super deep into soul so I guess I don't really know what's out there, but this is pretty much exactly what I want/expect from the genre.

There's nothing inherently wrong with it, but I just found it incredibly boring. I genuinely had to force myself to listen to it twice and in those two hours I didn't connect with the music once.

Didn't expect to like this one but was very positively surprised. It's loud, angry and a genuinely great listen.

It's definitely interesting but I never found myself really enjoying it. It isn't a bad album, but also not one I'll listen to again.
