At San Quentin by Johnny Cash
Jun 15 2026

Enjoyed his crowd work and storytelling. His music definitely isn’t something I would seek out but I would be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy listening to this live album while cleaning the bathroom. Best songs in my opinion are the first and the song about Susie as a man also the one about being arrested.

All Things Must Pass by George Harrison
Jun 16 2026

I found this album to really embody that whole 70s feeling. The “Hopelessly in Love with the girl”, “Fight the man”, “Peace, Love and Happiness” vibe. I will say that I just so happened to listen to the remastered version. So initially I thought “Wow this is more like one big interconnected song than an album” but soon realized I was just listening to the same song over and over again, just remastered. Overall it was a peaceful and chill listen, that won’t challenge or overwhelm you too much or at all. While listening you come to learn what to expect throughout the songs which was both calming and slightly boring.
