Not my favorite Tribe album but I understand the importance. A lot of great samples and conscious rhymes I think some of Phife’s most underrated work. Not everyone will feel the lyrics this was a very progressive pan African time in hip hop.

Eh only 30 minutes but was hard to get through, I don’t deny their influence I just prefer their harder rock songs.

Started off real good with vibes like Beach House then it just got kinda mid I struggled to like this one

For such a staple funk album and band I expected more from this album. I knew some of the more famous songs this was my first time listening to the whole thing. Overall pretty groovy with a lot of good bass lines.

Anyone who likes this forced it

If you told someone to listen to Zeppelin you wouldn’t recommend this first but you wouldn’t recommend it last either. It’s overall a very good album some songs personally I felt dragged on way longer than they had to.
