1001 Albums Summary

Love this album. Listened for first time back in my 20s after visiting Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum

Almost every song a single. A more enjoyable listen than I thought it would be.

Listened in the past and could never connect with this album, but the more I learned about the making the more I liked it.

Love this album so much. Might be the vinyl I come back to the most.

Not feeling this. I come back to Milk-Eyed Mender a lot. But this one sounded meandering to me. I couldn’t latch onto anything.

Didn't listen to this yesterday. But I've listened to it in the past. It's in Tom Moon's book of recordings to hear before you die. I have a hard time with albums that are all covers and this one didn't grab me. In fact the only Willie Nelson I've ever gotten really into is Red-Headed Stranger.
