1001 Albums Summary

I didn't realize how many iconic songs were on this album!

I'm not particularly familiar with Neil Young, so I was very caught off guard (not in a bad way) by some of the crashing build ups that feel very cinematic. I don't know what I thought Neil Young music was supposed to sound like, but I'm now forced to reconsider. Interesting listen!

More my vibe than I thought it would be.

One of my favorite things about The Beatles is how all my favorite songs are spread out across their discography. That being said, this may be their most nostalgic album for me, personally. My dad often used to put this record on in our living room in the evenings when I was very young. It definitely has a special place in my heart.

Fascinating experience. I think this one will take a couple additional listens to feel like I get it.

This is an album that was clearly not designed for someone with my particular brain function because all the layering and panning made me physically dizzy.

23 tracks is a lot. I imagine this album was very influential, but I can't say I'm a big fan of the Industrial genre.

Separating art from artist, I was extremely impressed with this album.
