Just the religious experience of growing up and knowing, knowing something about you is just out of reach, and if you could only run towards this one beautiful thing, away from your past and your fear, then you’ll never have to doubt yourself again, and then one day you stop running to see how far you’ve come, only to stop and realise you’ve been running from yourself the whole time
Sat here with A Level results day tomorrow, and this album being recommended felt like the universe waving at me going, ‘Oi you, forget about the world for a bit and just feel!’ Sometimes things seem bigger than they are, and there’s nothing wrong with stopping for a while to gain a bit of perspective. Perfect timing. Let’s get it on!
