Lots of instrumentals on this album. Very mellow vibe. Good for background if meditating or something. The one or two songs with vocals I added to my playlists.
I never understood the appeal. There aren't any bad songs here, but they're all pretty boring. I would choose any Paul Williams album over this.
I've never cared for the Rolling Stones. Some pretty boring, pretty standard rock music.

I owned this at the time it was released. Didn't everybody? I remember liking it at the time. It's a good album, but was overplayed. Not something I feel like I need to hear again.
Another okay, mostly instrumental album with overly long songs. Is this the only type of album this platform promotes? At least it was one I hadn't heard or heard of before. Although I don't really care for Latin music. And while it wasn't very traditional (a plus), the other, previously stated downsides made it a no.

The first two songs were great. Then they got long. Although, I still didn't realize the third song was 13 minutes long until I looked. The drum solo I turned off early. Overall, would listen again.
This was good, but sad, album to listen to the day after Dolly passed. Several of the songs referenced death and dying, and overall, the most of the songs felt like hymns. The voices were balanced, and none of the ladies stood out alone. It made me want to listen to more of her solo albums.
Meh. Low-budget stones. It all sorta blended together. I didn't think it sounded terribly psychedelic.
Wow! I'm ashamed to say I've never listened to any Public Enemy, other than anything I might have heard on the radio/tv. This is fantastic. The best album I've been served up so far.
Only listened to a couple of songs. Take On Me is still fun. The rest that I heard I thought should be classified adult contemporary rather than pop. I didn't feel compelled to keep listening, although I enjoyed it well enough.
Ugh, Springsteen. No. (Ok, I'll probably listen, since it's one of his early albums, and I hear he's quite poetic, if you can get past his overplayed patriotic pap.) Edit: How is it even possible for a song about racing to put you to sleep? Everything is so slow paced.
A full album of mostly instrumental background music for sci-fi films. I don't think I'd listen again outside of that context. Was this groundbreaking at some point? It doesn't hold up.
What a great album. I thought the first song sounded a little dated, and could use some freshening up. But after that, the sound is integral to each piece, and freshening would not improve it.
It opens with Paul Williams, of course it's great. I enjoyed this MUCH more than Carol King's Tapestry.
Enjoyed. Was surprised to hear a woman singing, as only the men were featured prominently on the cover.
A classic. Jamiroquai owes a huge debt to him. Everything I've heard from them sounds ripped straight from Stevie Wonder.

Probably one of the best albums ever recorded.
Pretty good, not fast or hard enough. Sometimes kind of remind me of someone else. Maybe Jim Carrol, but I'm not sure. Subject matter is very different, though.
