1001 Albums Summary

I am a big Bowie fan and I love that he attempted to be soulful. But, it just doesn’t quite work for me (too much plastic maybe). The two hits are perfect so that makes up for some of it. And props to David for discovering a young Luther Vandrous and using him on backing vocals.

Great. Especially liked the longer songs that had a lot of interplay jamming. Cinnamon Girl still sounds fresh, too.
