1001 Albums Summary

Has some songs I think are a shame have been so commercialised. There are definitely better direstraits albums. This one was a pass

Loving the punk/alt vibes from day 1. Though some would argue the beat/melody are repetitive, they just hit a certain spot. Make me feel like I’m about to run someone over in my car. Geek USA Cherub Rock and Today are my ride or dies Honestly could not tell the difference between half of them though I won’t even lie. You’ve just got to listen to the album in its entirety

I can understand why it’s as famous as it is but at the same time it’s not something I would ever listen to again

I felt very cool

Makes me feel like I’m at Caffè Nero, like I want to waltz in the kitchen with my future husband. Like I’m at home in my art deco, yellow lighted living room with a vinyl player drinking a glass of red wine in my crystal glass, by a warm fire, with the rain gently falling outside on my floor to ceiling living room windows 😭

Don’t remember much of it but a good punk album overall
