1001 Albums Summary

I prefer this to the other Neil Young I've heard but something just misses with Neil Young's vocal style and writing for me. Best Tracks: Down by the River, Cowgirl in the Sand 7.5/10

Already listened many times. Tonally brilliant, stand out tracks are excellent. I feel Hendrix struggled to make cohesive album length projects, in this case it would've been so tight at a standard 45ish minutes. So many double lps of the 60s and 70s Rock albums went way overboard on length imho 6/10

Personally more of a SMILE enjoyer and actually like the beach boys a lil less coherent. its truly pretty beautiful and has very few duds on the list but sill manages to be one of the most over rated pieces of music ever released. Best tracks: Wouldn't it be nice, I'm waiting for the day 9/10

Its super pretty, and I couldn't possibly give it a bad score but I don't see myself returning for more solo concert pianist's live albums anytime soon 7.5/10

Nice, this is the last pre 2000 Kate Bush release I was yet to listen to. Its pretty good, as expected but not one of her strongest releases. Some of the tracks stand alongside her best while other segments of the album began feeling somewhat drawn out. Best track: Rocket's Tail, 6/10
