Obviously good music - I just think nowadays there’s a lot more fun Jazz to listen to. Likely it’s all based on this though so credit for that. Just didn’t find it a wonderful active listening experience. :(
It’s good - Paranoid and Iron man definitely carry the album, the end seems to drop off a little for me compared to the beginning, but I’ll give it 4 as would listen again.
Can’t say I was a massive fan; had some really nice instrumentals but felt a little overly pretentious at points. Like a version of yes where the bass never comes in.
Enjoyed this one, got me through observation anxiety and made me feel old.
It’s very Looooong, but clearly good - only problem with it I have is many of the songs sound very similar, lots of talk about love, similar instrumentation etc. Good songs, just don’t think the album has to be so long.
Not for me, I respect it - some really good bass lines but a bit tool scratchy for me to be honest. Didn’t listen to the whole thing, to be fair.
