I listened the album halfway. This is not what i usually listen to honestly. I felt like a hippie in the 70s, smoking weed while swaying left and right out of ny mind in a concert like this which is...probably was accurate for a few thousand people lmao. So probably from a fair point of view, I'd give it a uh, 6-7? Psychedelic(?) isn't my go to so...
I used to love punk i kind of grew out of it. When you listen to it, it's exactly how would singing and musicality is when you imagine a punk rock band. Garbled singing, almost impossible to understand the lines and a quick and chaotic rhythm of the instruments. Although, this standalone isn't enough criteria for rating, i unfortunately wanna give a low score lol. The punk is punking, sure. Lyrics especially, i think few of them are quite impressive. But generally, i just fucking skipped half of it i couldn't listen to it. But there's one song that was shining through and it's Manimal. Like, i wasn't expecting that beginning.
Absolutely incredible. I have a soft spot for jazz and blues albeit, not listening it that often. Listened this one while eating breakfast on a rainy day, i surely calms both your mind and soul. This one takes the cake for the blues. And if i were to choose a favorite one, it'd be Flamenco Sketches for sure.
I don't enjoy to club anthems or underground club music adjacent mainly for its repetitive nature. Like, im listening to the same thing hows it different music? Anyway, this one though; this band seems more progressive/experimental in its nature rather than "oh yeah, this beat goes with this sound so let's just combine everything and it just sounds nice". Of course, this album does the same crap majorly, but some tracks re kind of trying to tell a story, a memory or a feeling and combines that thing with that thing(if that makes sense)such as:Confuse the waiter, air towel. Meanwhile, it also succeeds at having one of the most confusing lyrics combined lmao, type of stuff you'd prob not notice while u re shitfaced.
But overall speaking, why is every track so goddamn long lol? Average track minute is 7.5 minutes that's fucking insane but i guess, that's the nature of electro. Was not for me but it's decent.
5/10
I listened this album before while on my search new songs alongside with Humbug(which is one my favorite albums, it's phenomenal). This is a great album very fun to listen to, very arctic monkeys lol
Admittedly, never properly listened Madonna. But this is an interesting version of Madonna i was never aware lmao, very spiritual. It was a tad bit boring to other than that it was fine?
I absolutely loved Brat but this time, i couldn't enjoy it as much :/ i guess it's cause Charli 's music doesn't really fit Wuthering Heights overall vibe
