Pleasant album overall but nothing really stood out to me. Vocals and instrumentals are calming.
Was excited to listen to this as I know how respected Frank Ocean is and haven’t listened to any of his albums before. Unfortunately I found this very repetitive and I wasn’t a fan of the lyrics. Saw how many plays Thinkin Bout You had and was expecting good things. But I found it quite boring unfortunately. Thought pyramids had some more interesting things going on musically but didn’t feel very connected. I have heard Lost before though and it is enjoyable. Surprised to find out he has only released two albums considering his popularity.
