Liked it a lot. Interesting to see the mix of sonic experimentation and blues songwriting.

Kinda weird but still cool. There’s something about janes addiction that always grossed me out for some reason.

Modern Jazz is just too exciting for me to really get into this. I respect the talent tho

Pretty frickin cool

Really really like this album. Caravan, into the mystic, are so good. The lyrics are not that deep but still poetic and the chord progressions are not obnoxious but still rousing.

Very ok. Should be called “soul” no rock here. That said, he has a great voice and there are good songs here. Just a little too slow in general.

Pretty cool, pretty vibey. Surprised I hadn’t heard of it before.

Lotta really good stuff on here but at over 2 hours it feels bloated. I get that it’s like a double album or whatever but it felt like a slog by the end. Everything with killer mike is great and this is an impressive forward thinking hip-hop album from a time when song structure and innovation were far from the rap games mind.

Surprisingly sick. Didn’t like it at first but there’s actually a lot of energy. I think this is my favorite version of “fuel”

Super super vibey.

I really, really love this album. I always mowed to it but listening to it in this context really helped me to appreciate the musical brilliance that they brought to the table. Combining super heavy rock licks with the sort of new wave/synth pop sound feels really natural now but had to have been shocking when it came out. I really, really, like this album. RIP EVH.

Pretty good. Most of the music I like is inspired by this stuff but Its not my favorite.

Similar to EWAF I respect them a lot but it wasn’t my favorite to listen to.

Pretty Frickin great. I like the little Meatpuppets suite at the end. This album really demonstrates the strength of Kurt Cobain's songwriting I think.
