I’ve always liked Air, and parts of this album are gorgeous, but I gotta admit, this is like easy-listening music for hipsters. Both Steph and I independently thought parts of it were indebted to Richard Wright-led instrumentals from Pink Floyd. -Kris

Thought I knew this album pretty well already, but looking over the track list there are a number of songs I’ve never heard before. Checking it out now. Really great. Parts are a bit samey.

Effortless.

Kind of a low-key Smiths album. Not quite on the same level as my favorites- Queen is Dead, Strangeways, and Louder Than Bombs. I do love the title track, despite being a carnivore. I think it’s a sincere expression of a deeply held belief.

This is an all time favorite.

Pretty good, but later Queen albums are better
