Pleasant to listen to, but quite forgettable.

Innoffensive enough, but just... not memorable. Nothing that really makes it stand out, but I can imagine how it laid the roots for things that followed it.

Can see the influences behind a lot of music I like I this. Definitely an album to return to, was quite long though. Loved the album closer.

Interesting! Had worst fears that it was just going to be an album of covers to begin with, but it went into its own thing. Would (and should!) listen again out of curiosity, as its something I had never heard of before and would never have thought to try otherwise.

Solid and some classics. Not sure what track 3 is about.

Enjoy a bit of Johnny. Can be too much of a good thing, but still enjoyable.

Liked it, and probably would have loved it if I’d heard it when I was a teenager, but right now I struggle to listen to a quite same-y album for an hour. A shame.
