Natty Dread by Bob Marley & The Wailers
May 07 2021

Interesting album. Felt like a good walking album. Had an interesting feeling like he took parts of the songs and hit them with a hammer and then put them back together again. Like a thin disjointed sound that fit together.

Elastica by Elastica
May 10 2021

I like the pop punk sound. It reminded me of Courtney Barnett, and the harmonies reminded me of The Beths. I felt like they are trying to appear harder than they actually are. Enjoyable, and a liked the change of pace from modern pop music.

May 11 2021

I really enjoyed this album, but I think the producer/engineer was on something pretty strong when mixing. It was all over the show. The music was punchy and cool and there was a lot of talent there, but I don't think I'd go back and listen again.

american dream by LCD Soundsystem
May 12 2021

I listened to some of the album. The first song was really good. But none of it really drew me into listening more

Let It Bleed by The Rolling Stones
May 14 2021

Cool, and different. Some famous songs on there so cool to hear the other tracks.

Are You Experienced by Jimi Hendrix
May 17 2021

I really enjoyed this album. Third stone from the sun was weird, but the rest was punchy and cool. I liked the use of the stereo field, it was used like another instrument. It was refreshing to not have the vocals in the middle all the time. I think it really broke the normative positions of instruments and clearly centered the guitar as the most important instrument. Overall I really enjoyed it and will listen to it again.

Good Old Boys by Randy Newman
May 18 2021

Stopped listening to it. I hated it

Fever To Tell by Yeah Yeah Yeahs
May 24 2021

I enjoyed this. Reminded me of Scott pilgrim vs the world and the sex babombs. It was rowdy and fun.

Out Of The Blue by Electric Light Orchestra
May 26 2021

Super groovy, great harmonies. Definitely a favorite album
