What genre is this? Feel like there's a reason I have never heard of it

Another album I haven't heard of and did nothing for me

I love worship/country/folk/delta blues so I hope I'll love this too. Didn't :( There are incredibly talented people on this but I think viewing the other artists' songs is a better idea. Good starting point but the other earlier recordings of these songs are just too good
