This album already has three hits that absolutely blew up. Then I listened to the rest of the album. It didn't disappoint. I learned that this album "expresses the disillusionment and dissent of a generation that came of age in a period shaped by the tumultuous evens such as 9/11 and the Iraq War." And i'm a sucker for a politically charged album. This one hits just right.
The first half of the album blurred together - it all sounded vaguely the same (except for "Everybody Hurts" of course). I may have zoned out at times because of this. Towards the end of the album I noticed more variation that I enjoyed. Did I hear an Elvis impersonation? Heard some piano which is always welcomed for me. They successfully sounded doom and gloom but upbeat at the same time.
Pretty good album. This is definitely something I could see myself singing along to in a crowded bar. Or croozin 'round in my car singing along. Overall a good listen!
Amy Winehouse has such a classic voice. It feels like you're being sent to a dream like state. What a beautiful style. Although this album didn't have too much variety and was short, I enjoyed it.
Not a huge fan of 80's music.. and this album didn't change that. The album had some good beats but honestly it was very forgettable to me..
I have never heard of this man before in my life. But hear me out, he sounds like a mixture of Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, and Elvis. He has a great sound. Makes you want to sit down with a nice whiskey and with about your existence
This is an album you can vibe to in most settings. Honestly the album sounded the same most of the way through. I still enjoyed his voice, the message, the music.. nice all around
I'm going to be honest: I didn't listen to the whole thing.. I had enough. I didn't like it.. it was boring and bland.
Thought this was related to crab rave - I was wrong. This appears to be the "original crab rave". And I really enjoyed this album. Everything somehow didn't sound the same and you were randomly blessed with vocals. Each track jammed, no complaints. Although, i'm not sure electronic music will ever be at the top of my list.
Very passionate album. Strong anti-war, religion, and other themes throughout. The album cover is apparently from an anti-fascist poster from 1928. I'm not a huge metal fan but I can appreciate it for what it is. Solid album

Beck has such a distinct sound and I do enjoy it. This album took you on a psychedelic ride at times. But it also had rock mixed in. It felt like an experimental album. Decent listen overall
