First time listening to MJs music before it became ultra pop. Really enjoyed it, the music is so precise and matches his vocals in terms of ability. Some real bangers here, full of delightful bass lines and strings that ain't got no business being that infectious. The only thing for me is that a few tracks just fell off or missed the mark and became indistinct. Perhaps that is just me associating him with being the king of pop rather than a disco dynamo. Favorite track - Rock with you Least favorite - She's out of my life
Having never heard of this artist before I can say that I throughly enjoyed this album. Lovely melodies and a great addition to the Western genre. Favourite Track - Lonely Weekend
Wowee. I’d never sat and listened to the whole thing but this is something else. What a progressive, post modern, avant garden piece of work. The sounds of the future… what a masterpiece.
Not bad at all. First real listen an album by The Who. Lots of energy and charged tracks. I can see why 8 out of these 9 songs were supposed to be in a rock opera. Favourite track - baba o riley
Such an important and influential album. A pre-cursor to so many different artists. Mythical
Never heard of this before. Really enjoyed it. Notice a few tracks have been used as samples too. Fantastic work.
Some solid jams. Been trying to find the song 'Metal Guru' for years and never thought this is where I would find it. Groovy.
Really didn't expect to like this. Pleasantly surprised.
