Sounds exactly like what I would expect a 70s rock album to be. It might have been a fresh album back then, but as a younger listener I don't see anything too special about it.

Great indie-style vibe album, reminiscent of Cage The Elephant (perhaps they were influenced a lot by them?). I will listen to the album regularly from now on.

Definitely a unique genre, first time hearing anything from desert blues. Should check out the pioneering artist as well.
