Never heard of Beach House before and this album was a good introduction. I liked the harmonics between the vocalists and the melodies as well, not to mention the the guitar riffs. Listened while I work and the songs did a great job of a chill background music. A solid 8/10. Favorite songs: Zebra, Silver Soul, Better Times
Funky, psychedelic, even progressive. The first song Maggot Brain was the charm of the album, a 10 minutes solo that remind me a lot of Hendrix's work. Favorite songs: Maggot Brain and Super Stupid
Brian May shines on this album, for me his best work. Killer Queen is the perfect single. Favorite Songs: Killer Queen and Lily of the Valley.
Such a legendary album. B.Holly die so young, but he left a huge mark in Rock and Roll history. Huge influence for the Beatles and many other bands. Favorite songs: That'll Be The Day, Not Fade Away,

Powerful soul music. His version of Walk On By and By the Time I Get to Phoenix are both great, a little bit to long though. I enjoyed the 4 songs, great background music to listen while I work
Tbh I liked Different Class more, but this album also stand on his own. Pulp represents a lot the 90's britpop, it's like a fusion of Roxy Music and Bowie, so ofc my ears will be happy. 7/10 Favorite songs: The Fear, TV Movie,
Happy and catchy songs from the disco era that represents a lot of the 70's. I know the songs are repetitive, but it's a characteristic of disco music and it works, especially in a dance club. Overall a good album. Favorite tracks: Good times, My Feet Keep Dancing
Its an interesting concept album, you can see they tried to replicate the magic that The Beatles and Beach Boys were doing in the late 60's. 7/10 Favorite Tracks: Odessa, Lamplight

Really similar to Wire, which is not bad. I didn't like that much on my first listening, but the quick songs and the nostalgic 90's feeling made me appreciate the album more. 6.5/10 Favorite tracks: Car Song, Smile, Vaseline
Good beats and lyrics in a few songs. Unfortunately this album didn't appeal much to me. Favorite tracks: Bring the Pain, Release Yo' Delf
Great album, voices, backing vocals, melodies, arrangements. She's Aretha Franklin, what more can I say? 10/10 Favorite tracks: People Get Ready, Groovin'
