Hejira
Joni MitchellLiked the concept, storytelling Joni has a great voice of course, and a few tracks had some great baselines from jaco pastorius Still didn’t stand out as especially fantastic as a whole

Enjoyed it more than I was expecting, especially the Love Below section Interesting mix of hip-hop, jazz, electronica, a bit of classical

Fun, groovy
Solid album, can see the influence it had, though not quite as strong as some other post-punk albums
Some chilling vocal/piano sections Mostly slow and sparse, made the faster/orchestral parts more impactful Liked second half in particular (starting at Break Down)
Decent, would be nice to play at the beach, but nothing really stood out
Rugged energy, powerful bass, joy to listen to
Good alt rock, was not expecting thom yorke
Pretty good, some country influence but not as much as I was expecting Might want to try out more of their discography at some point, seems like they changed their sound a lot
Great guitarist
Bland, average punk
Very 80’s sounding, had some great tracks, especially heartland
Better than expected, but not the best of new order
