My Generation
The Who
Wow! What an loud album! Especially considering when it was released! There are a couple of doowop i flue ced teenage love songs that hasn't quite stood the test of time but the title track and the kids are alright makes up for that and then some.

Aah*sigh*. I've given this album a number of chances and really do want to like it but I can't fully enjoy it. It's jist too much disco. There are nonetheless a couple of really strong tracks on here that I like to listen to. Mr blue sky and sweet is the night are two great tracks that runs into each other very nice. It opens strong with turn to stone and I do like stepping out and big wheels too.

Somehow both catchy and forgettable, might be that I left my grunge appreciation back in my teens. I'll be sure to give it another go at my next walk, when i focus better, but this didn't really speak to me personally.

Loved the album! Surprisingly, haha. I have somehow missed out on the entire second wave of brittish invasion. Only associated it with oasis, a band I can't stand unfortunately (or not). Had heard of song 2 of course but the entire album I'd actually good. Didn't care too much for Chinese bombs though.
