The Contino Sessions
Death In VegasI loved this album. It was consistently strange and catered to my taste perfectly. One of my favorites so far (i feel like that doesn't surprise anyone). this album isn't for everyone but it's definitely for me.

First track is pleasantly strange/unnerving. Voodoo chile kinda caught me off guard with its 14 minute run time. Same with 1983... 15 minutes of one song every other track is kind of exhausting after a while. Hendrix's version of all along the watchtower is all i expected out of the original without the painful harmonica accompaniment. A solid 4 stars
First track is alright. Reminiscent of a Beatles song. Second track was more my style, especially around the 2 minute mark. Sad lisa was pretty consistently my favorite throught the song. most tracks on this album hooked me on the intro but failed to deliver in the remaining duration of the song. Overall 3 stars. Not exactly my style but it was objectively good
Most of the songs were familiar to me so i already had time to listen and get comfortable with the songs before now. A staple 80's (i think) album.
Im personally a post-punk fan so I actually kinda wanted to give this album a chance (sorry mom). First song was okay enough and everything kinda degraded from there. honestly i would totally be into the smiths if it weren't for Morrissey's voice. I have a soft spot for crappy vocals but Morrissey is an exeption.
