1001 Albums Summary

A bit too folky for my tastes but impressed nonetheless. Blue ridge mountains and white winter hymnal are songs I’d definitely go back to.

Impressed. You hear how Elvis Costello clearly serves as an inspiration for a lot of the artists we have today who channel 70s nostalgia. Alison is a beautiful song.

I really got into this album. Songs like “seeing things” and of course, “hard to handle” just feel like the true essence of southern rock.

Nice background music. Less my thing

There’s something comforting about this album, like it brings me back to a time I wasn’t even alive in. The fun, free spirit, and roughness of it all- can’t say I’ve ever heard anything like it. Just dance, Havana affair, and of course blitzkrieg pop, stood out. Will def return to this one.

Psychedelic. Felt very Beatles-like. Not really my thing.

The sound is so harsh, so intense for me.
