1001 Albums Summary

Pretty rocky. I liked some of the more bluesy songs - they reminded me of black keys.

Pretty good. I liked elements within songs. Birdland and free money were standouts.

Didn’t love it. Felt too elementary. All kinda blended together

4/5 - Easy to listen to, high energy. The non-singles didn’t really stand out. I’d have liked a slower song/more emotional or vulnerable sounding or lyrics maybe somewhere in the middle. Overall a killer album.

Overrated. I like the other ones more. I think I’m burnt out from all the British rock lol.

Love the strumming in “love in vain” 4/5. So many hit singles. A little preachy. Liked the instrumentals a lot. Surprised by how country The Rolling Stones sound??

3/5. Idk why this doesn’t work for me. Maybe the voice? The significant use of sax?? Idk.
