More Songs About Buildings And Food

I've heard a couple songs from this album, I generally liked those. My assumption was that this album and artist would be eclectic and weird and possibly unapproachable. However, though I have only heard a couple of these songs, they all sound strangely familiar. I get the impression that this artist, and this album in particular, likely influenced many bands I have heard.
