Off The Wall by Michael Jackson
Sep 04 2023

Really good Pop-funk, reminds me a lot of city pop rather than hardcore funk (which is definitely not a bad thing) Best track(s): Don't stop 'till you get enough, It's the falling in love (very city pop) Worst track(s): Can't really think of one, maybe Burn this disco down but there's not necessarily bad song on the album, which also shows lack of diversity, all pretty similar songs. Some excellent bass with funky slapping and some good singing

Back To Black by Amy Winehouse
Sep 05 2023

A very good album with some super hits. The only thing that bugs me is my tears will dry on there own has the potential to be the best song but the verse kind of feels out of time and it runs me the wrong way I don't know

Africa Brasil by Jorge Ben Jor
Sep 06 2023

Brilliant fusion of bossa nova and more traditional western music

Exodus by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Sep 07 2023
Bryter Layter by Nick Drake
Sep 08 2023

a hypnotising passage through that serene nostalgia which we hold so dear. I am blown away at how much drake can convey emotionally through his music. a lie down, turn the lights off and simply listen kind of album.

Nevermind by Nirvana
Sep 09 2023

Invented a new genre, fantastic drums and vocals

No Other by Gene Clark
Sep 10 2023

Phil spectors wet dream, wall of sound done well with slight country feelings

That's The Way Of The World by Earth, Wind & Fire
Sep 12 2023

An extremely solid funk album with just enough pop fusion just create really approachable, rememberable, sing-a-long-able hits

Sep 13 2023

Some pretty good songs on here but nothing particularly stood out. Didn't dislike any of the song some for the playlist

Surf's Up by The Beach Boys
Sep 14 2023

Fantastic vocals with a slightly haunting vibe unusual to the beach boys, solid songs but slightly forgettable. Inclusion of some songs confusing as left album feeling disjointed

Autobahn by Kraftwerk
Sep 15 2023

It was definitely noises in a specific order

Parallel Lines by Blondie
Sep 17 2023

Had 2 good songs but felt the other were pretty forgettable and trivial

The Slider by T. Rex
Sep 18 2023

Classic rock, can feel a bit samey but formula works
