*Bloody Well Right* and *School* were hits for a reason. The rest probably weren't hits also for a reason. 16 September 2023
*I'm in Touch with Your World* with the wacky sound effects strait out of Dr. Demento.
*Get It On* is the typically "oh that's who sings that song" song, but I'm really feeling *Monolith.* 19 September 2023
Mandatory while listening to this album; making pasta from scratch. 20 September 2023
Not my cup of tea
Some albums, even some great albums, from the 90s sound like they are definitely from the 90s. This is more timeless.
Great singer songwriter essential album, although there's only so much Neil Young I can handle in one sitting.
Outlaw country, what's not to love?
One of those essential albums; I prefer the standard version released in Buckley's lifetime. His cover of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" is the headlining track of course (and likely the canonical version of the song), but "Lover, You Should've Come Over" is my favorite. Undeniably a five star album, but I'll likely rate it a bit lower because it's not the type I reach for often.
Overrated.
Moog!
The spirit of Woody Guthrie reincarnated as excellent alt-country band. Excellent! 10 Oct 2023
Just simply one of the best ever. *Wild World* is top ten songs for me, ever. 11 Oct 2023
Honestly a bit surprised his much I enjoyed this. 16 October 2023
Perhaps the best example of an artist coming out fully formed. Greatest opening song from debut album ever.
