1001 Albums Summary

There are some really good songs, and then some that aren’t working for me. Some really good songs on here that pull me in. And then some others are almost exactly opposite. They push me away. Songs I like: Limo wreck, 4th of July song, like suicide

I love story telling in music, and Bob Dylan does this. His music is easy to listen to and enjoyable. I find it endearing that he knows his style of music and loves creating within his style. You can also tell that he takes his creations seriously.

I feel like you can either see they influenced certain artist or vice versus other artists influenced them. Their music sounded familiar and unique all at once. I listened to the album twice I liked it so much.

On this album you can definitely hear the early shifts to indie rock. I appreciate the music and like it.

Waylon Jennings brings me back to memories of my grandpa singing along in his deep voice. I enjoy the outlaw, country tones on this album.
