Popular Reviews

In Rainbows by Radiohead

Solid album but definitely had some obscurity to it. I’m not familiar with radioheads game so not sure where this falls on their discography, but I’d dint hate it. And I’d probably listen to some of these songs again.

You can feel a lot of history in this album. This is the set up to a lot of classic rock and pop. I wouldn’t have this on repeat today but this definitely contributed to a lot of what we have today in the modern music.

So by Peter Gabriel
Oct 27 2023

It was ok. Not my type of music. Some songs were pretty good. Others were rough.

Dire Straits by Dire Straits
Oct 30 2023

Not my cup of tea but had some interesting stuff

The Low End Theory by A Tribe Called Quest
Oct 31 2023

This album went crazy. The jazz elements and into alternative rap. This is genre defying for the time. Each song was unique and creative.

Groovin' by The Young Rascals
Nov 01 2023

This album is interesting because this band is trying to be different from other bands with a unique sound such as bringing soul and rock into the pop scene. But is forced into a box because of the Beatles and other boy bands of the time. You better run is a master piece of a song and I wish the rest of the album could’ve been closer to this than knock off beatles.

Solid album but definitely had some obscurity to it. I’m not familiar with radioheads game so not sure where this falls on their discography, but I’d dint hate it. And I’d probably listen to some of these songs again.

Transformer by Lou Reed
Nov 09 2023

From what I gather Lou reed is a weird guy from his lyrics. Funky ass album.

Machine Head by Deep Purple
Nov 13 2023

The guitarist shreds on this album. Everything else is kinda baseline. Funny that the most famous song on this album is the easiest guitar song to learn ever.

Illinois by Sufjan Stevens
Nov 14 2023

Crazy to think sufjan Stevens goes on to do Pixar’s luca soundtrack.

Murder Ballads by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Nov 15 2023

It was fine. Not my type of music.

Station To Station by David Bowie
Nov 21 2023

Not a huge David Bowie guy. But can’t complain about it.

Rumours by Fleetwood Mac
Nov 28 2023

An album written for and by people cheating on each other.

461 Ocean Boulevard by Eric Clapton
Nov 29 2023

Not my cup of tea. But by no means a bad album.
