Physical Graffiti by Led Zeppelin
Jan 04 2024

Direct opposite of yesterday’s album, a hard rock with pretty great songs

Rock 'N Soul by Solomon Burke
Jan 09 2024

Something I would hear in a nice shop.

Jan 11 2024

This is a really weird album. I could give this two stars or five stars and still be satisfied with my rating. Strange, random, five stars.

Thriller by Michael Jackson
Jan 14 2024

Even though I enjoyed the rest of the album less than some people would, the Thriller-Beat It-Billie Jean run and his beautiful voice easily makes me give a five.

Elephant by The White Stripes
Jan 16 2024

Absolutely enjoyed the first two songs and the last three songs. Can’t say the same about the others though. I noticed that it has greatness, but I just could not sink that into my mind. Yet, fun album, great music, and quite a positive rating.

Transformer by Lou Reed
Jan 18 2024

I think many other people who are experts in this genre can explain this album’s greatness better, but listening to this album was an activity that I never thought I needed. I think this is my favorite album so far in this project. And that’s after having ‘Physical Graffiti’ and ‘Thriller’ and so many other amazing albums. This album doesn’t shout greatness, but his effortlessly comforting voice combined with many incredibly enjoyable songs is so good. There might be musically better albums than this(not much though), but this will probably be my favorite.(This review is written by a person who has not listened to any of his works or Velvet Underground’s albums.)

1984 by Van Halen
Jan 24 2024

‘Jump’ is always a classic. Just pure 80s song. ‘Panama’ was okay/good. These fast hard rock songs really get me. And their natural talent is just great. A pleasant experience.

The Atomic Mr Basie by Count Basie & His Orchestra
Jan 27 2024

Thought about giving a 3, but I probably will check this album again, so 4 stars. It deserves a high rating anyways.

Justified by Justin Timberlake
Feb 02 2024

First of all, what’s with the album name? It’s stupid and clever at the same time. And what about the songs? Well… I listened to this album after making a terrible mistake of giving ‘Purple Rain’ a two star rating, (Website-wise it’s a day later, but in real life, I listened to Purple Rain first, so…) and this didn’t help me lift my mood. A generic album, with generic songs… did not enjoy.

Purple Rain by Prince
Feb 03 2024

Didn’t like the album as others might have did, wasn’t the biggest fan of ‘The Beautiful Ones’, just sounded uncomfortable to me. I was able to feel the talent, just was not convinced that this is one of the greatest albums of all time. His guitar performance for ‘While My Guitar Gently Weeps’ is one of the best live performances ever, I’ll give him that.

Licensed To Ill by Beastie Boys
Feb 07 2024

Scream rapping white 80s’ people are not my type for music at all, but you have to appreciate their desire to steal my nonexistent girlfriend.(Written in Valentines Day)

Band On The Run by Paul McCartney and Wings
Mar 02 2024

‘Well, the rain exploded with a mighty crash As we fell into the sun And the first one said to the second one there "I hope you're having fun"’(Band On the Run) This was one of the albums that I was most excited about, since I loved some songs that Paul McCartney created, like Too Many People and NEW and many more. And this album was cool, but it just felt like it was lacking something. It may just be something about my mood, but it just felt like it was one step away from being one of my favorite albums. Don’t get me wrong, this is amazing. But there were some songs that I liked less than others, and that held me back a bit. 4.4 stars.

Moving Pictures by Rush
Mar 26 2025

The melodies were promising, but the vocals did not convince me that it was a great album.
