Blunderbuss
Jack WhiteLove the Blues and rock baseline for this album and after that, how experimental and complex some songs can get.

Small bites of well produced and thought music. It can be repetitive for today's standards but I fairly understand why their music was so popular at their time.
Is always good to keep in touch with the punk-rock roots, it has very high highs with it's experimentation, but also lowest lows with repetitive songs.
I am 100% biased but I still want to comment: The album is build to be listened as a whole, the mixture between hip-hop and rock as well as Chester's wide vocal range, make this album an unskipable jewel.
Start with rock and roll, give it the soul of a country singer and a sprinkle of blues, jazz and balad and you have this splendid blend
A Masterpiece. Loved the guitar solos, the voice, the complex composition and the dare to make more than 3 minute songs.
Is a masterpiece full of passion and elaborated compositions, great music assembly and awesome hits through the whole album.
A dense poertry session with punk rock on the background. I feel it may be hard to listen to people not used to have punk or any kind of rock in their to-go playlists
It started pretty strong but declined the rythym in the middle and end of the album. Amazing voice and a staple for experimentation in music.
The voices harmonization and the high value production plus instrument assembly is marvellous.
A rich album full of instrumentals. You need the mindset for a commitment on each song, since they are long, but worth it.
It is trashy, sloppy and disruptive, and is totally intended .
The album is a teatrical piece with many instruments assembled in a sutil style.
This album is a blast, from deep blues to hard rock, a must listen.
This is how I think the 80's sounded like. Its good but not groundbreaking.
Her voice is amazing! the percussion work is a masterpiece. The passion this album displays is a must to appreciate.
I only liked a literal couple of songs. I think I'm missing some context to better appreciate this album but os to what it is, is not something I enjooyed as a whole.
A well rounded Album, starts with a blast that is consistently fading towards the end.
I went to pleasuredome and ejoyied my stay from beginning to end.
I was hopping to discover this kind of music, enjoyed the first couple of songs but then it became absolutely repetitive to the point I didn't even finished the album.
Her voice is incredible, the music arrangement is well done but I find just some of the songs as standouts from the rest.
It's not entirely rock it's not entirely pop and somehow lost all the great parts of both. Bland and a chore to listen 'til the end.
It serves as a testament on what people was living in a very specific setting of living. Not my cup of tea but very rich in culture and poertry.
The versatility this man displays is remarcable, very enjoyable album
A masterpiece for the old style hip-hop, well documenting the vibe at the time.
They go beyond surf rock and push the boundaries by immersing us in their music with blues, balads and pop
