1001 Albums Summary

It's... fine so far. Ana and Velouria are the standouts to me, but nothing else has really caught me at all up through Dig for Fire. Never was big on the Pixies in general and nothing here is really changing that for me. Coming back later I think the first half is better than the second half of the album. Not a huge fan of this overall. I understand the importance of these Pixies albums but they are really not for me.

This is fine so far. I'm familiar with Cheap Trick and most of these songs but they've never been my favorite. A couple classic songs here that I enjoy, but nothing truly standout.

A few really, really good songs on here. I can tell the influence of this album by just listening to a few songs. A couple of the later ones don't fully hit for me, but it's very obvious that this is a very important album.
