Mostly know him from White Stripes. Crazy range between their sound, his personal sound, and Six Inch Heels on Lemonade.
They snapped on Dreams and The Chain. Didn’t realize Don’t Stop was them. They were probably ahead of their time with this sound in 1977.
Similar sound to Sade, the band
Not my genre but it’s interesting that the titles literally match the sound. Not sure if hip-hop sampled from this or dissembled from hip-hop but the last song is a staple. Also heard a millisecond of a snippet of that Nicki Minaj, dungeon, dragon song.
