Standout Tracks: I Am Trying to Break Your Heart, Jesus etc., & Reservations Overall album is 4 out of 10

Violator by Depeche Mode
Feb 24 2024

I got 2/3 of the way through this album and did not enjoy a single song. 80's music like this just isn't for me. I give it 2 out of 10 personally.

Feb 25 2024

Entire album is a masterpiece. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Lucy In the Sky With Diamonds, With a Little Help From My Friends, Getting Better, and When I'm Sixty-four are some of my favorite Beatles songs. A Day In The Life is one of my favorite songs of all time. 20/10. No rating is high enough.

The Man Machine by Kraftwerk
Feb 26 2024

Not at all for me, and to be honest I really don't see how other people are into this either. It sounds like a shitty soundtrack from a futuristic 80's movie. If that's your thing cool, but again it's not for me.

Madman Across The Water by Elton John
Feb 27 2024

Good album. I'd have to have another listen to zero in on all the songs I really like.

The Scream by Siouxsie And The Banshees
Feb 28 2024

Not for me. But it was okay.

Feb 29 2024

I did really try to listen to this. Made it about 1/3 of the way through, and I don't think I really enjoyed a single part of any song I heard.

Stand! by Sly & The Family Stone
Mar 01 2024

Will definitely need another listen, but overall I liked it. A couple songs really stood out to me. This album also has one of the best instrumental tracks I've ever heard.

Mar 02 2024

Listened to this album twice. It is honestly my least liked OutKast album, but only because the others are just THAT good in my opinion. This is still a solid album though. It is long, but I liked that since we probably won't ever get new OutKast again. I liked that half of the album is more hip-hop focused, and the second half is more R&B. It kinda of gave Andre and Big Boi avenues to do their own thing kind of, and I really enjoyed it. They are both some of the best ever. I loved the songs with Jay-Z and Ludacris. I had never heard them before. The skit with the kid rapping is probably one of the cutest things I've ever heard. OutLast never disappoints, and they are both amazing as always.

Tusk by Fleetwood Mac

The Doors by The Doors
Mar 08 2024

Awesome album. Thoroughly enjoyed almost every song. The only bad note I have is that Jim Morrisons lyrics on The End are so lame. It's like he ad-lobbed them on the spot, and it makes no fucking sense.

Harvest by Neil Young
Mar 10 2024

This was a tough listen. Really did not like this album. A Man Needs a Maid is terrible. It all just kind of sounded like whiny country music performed by a man who can't sing well. There were maybe two songs on this album that were decent, but the rest I would be perfectly okay with never having to hear again.

Clube Da Esquina by Milton Nascimento
Mar 11 2024

I didn't think I'd enjoy this album as much as I did, but it is a really good listen. I don't speak Portuguese, but the music is amazing.

Ten by Pearl Jam
Mar 13 2024

My problem with Pearl Jam is that almost every song sounds exactly the same to me. It's fine, it's not bad, but it isn't something I would go out of my way to put on, or listen to an entire album of really. Even the more popular songs are just kinda "meh" to me. I can see why people like it, and overall it is a decent album, but it doesn't do a whole lot for me personally.

Sticky Fingers by The Rolling Stones
Mar 19 2024

Can't believe I haven't heard this album before. Only one or two songs I wasn't huge on, but even those are still really good. Every other song on thos album I REALLY enjoyed. Amazing album, and it has definitely motivated me to listen to more of The Rolling Stones. 5/5, 10/10.

Get Behind Me Satan by The White Stripes
Mar 20 2024

Solid album. Blue Orchid, My Doorbell, The Denial Twist, Instinct Blues, and Take, Take, Take are my favorites. Probably a couple songs that I really enjoyed at the end of the album too, but I'd have to give it another listen. Overall a solid 8/10.

Rain Dogs by Tom Waits
Mar 22 2024

Thanks, I hate it 👍🏻

Gorillaz by Gorillaz
Mar 23 2024

Not a huge fan of The Gorillaz, but I do like some of their stuff. I believe this is the first full album I've listened to by them, and it's not far off from what I expected. Definitely different, but in a good way. Clint Eastwood, Rock the House, Dracula, and Left Hand Suzuki Method were my favorites. Probably more I enjoy, but I'd need another listen. Outside of that though I don't see much replay value for me personally. I give it a solid 3/5, 6/10.

Billion Dollar Babies by Alice Cooper
Mar 24 2024

I thought I would like this album more than I did, but it was okay. Standout songs are No More Mr. Nice Guy, Generation Landslide, & I Love the Dead. Overall a 6 out of 10.

Timeless by Goldie
Mar 25 2024

I can't stand most electronic music. This is no exception.

This Is Fats Domino by Fats Domino
Apr 25 2024

Blueberry Hill is really good. Goin' Home reminds me of my ex wife. Solid album, overall I give it a 8/10.

Rust Never Sleeps by Neil Young & Crazy Horse
May 04 2024

Didn't listen to this album, but after seeing the albums that have been removed from this list I am making one final rating to say this list is dog shit.
