1001 Albums Summary

-Save the Life of My Child is a different sound than I’m used to from S&G -America is a great song -I recognize Old Friends, I find it very say and moving -Fakin It is another great song, reminds me of the Beatles -Mrs. Robinson LET’S GOOOO -A Hazy Shade of winter is also really good too, high energy -At the Zoo, another fun song I recognize Overall a great album and enjoyable listen. It was very short, which I don’t think is a positive or negative. Definitely an album I heard growing up.

(Listened at work) Psychedelic rock can be hit or miss for me, but god this is a hit for sure. There are a bunch of songs I really liked: Spanish Castle Magic, Ain’t No Telling, If 6 was 9, Little Miss Lover, so I’d say it was a solid 4/5. …but fucking Little Wing. I can’t give this anything but a 5/5 just because of that song.

Electronic is not a genre I’m familiar with. I thought parts of this album were okay, but overall I thought it was fine. I appreciate it more knowing the context behind it.

I feel like I’m mixed on Elton John, but this album was pretty good.

I would give this a 3.5. It’s good, a nice chill acoustic vibe if that’s what I’m looking for
