never willingly even had the thought of listening to folk. honestly, it's pretty freaking good. Favorite is definitely track 2, White Winter Hymnal

idk man. It's freaking Marvin Gaye. I don't think any of his music is a skip, but it's kinda repetitive for me.

it started really slow, got better as the album continued. feels stereotypical for the 80s, but still nice

fuck... I think I like folk music her vocals are very vibrant and hold a lot of emotion the stripped nature of the instrumental is really nice. kinda like a lullaby for the south

hey cool I think this is the first electronic album I've gotten. The intro is very interesting in its looping nature. Only mid song is Lush3-1, mainly because of why I used to hate house music; It's repetitive in a boring way, there's no progression(therefor no climax) and feels generally bland. The continuous nature of the middle few songs was nice. but holy, are these some long songs. I get it, but holy. halcyon has a cool sample flips of the Fine Night Tonight song. that's all I have to say

while the discography was wildly varied and gave me whiplash like twice, it was still fine to listen to

I won't lie and say that I don't like blues, but to me the album dragged HARD. Which is crazy, cuz the album is just over 45 minutes.

It's a bop. I would rank it higher. However, even though it's R&B with heavy emphasis on the blues, it's soooo repetitive in rhythms.
