1001 Albums Summary

Really nice instrumentals. Generally chill vibe. Didn't particularly grab me though.

Fun! Unpredictable. Exciting to listen to Bowie's music outside of the hits I know. Really liked the first and last tracks in particular. Probably will listen to it again.

Just some very cool guitar. Every time the lyrics started to be noticeably naff, the guitar would kick in and I'd find myself loving it anyway.

Some absolute bangers. Liked even my less favourite songs more with every listen. A really solid fun album.

Sometimes reminded me of The Beatles, sometimes of Nirvana. Fun, but lacked a little cohesiveness. First listen was the most fun, rather than the reverse as with the other albums.

No individual track stands out massively and yet it's just a super fun sound.

Managed one track before I turned it off. Could be good in a club or in the background while working, but it's not an active-listening album for me.

Smooth, sexy, but I can't remember any of the songs. I find R&B nice but a bit samey.

Didn't realise how emo and good these guys were. Not sure any one song stands out but for once that's not a bad thing.
