This album makes me feel like I'm going on a neon soaked fantasy adventure on rollerblades. I really can't believe how many songs I knew from just this album considering I had only heard them as radio singles

Fulfillingness' First Finale

I know it's good, but here's where I commit henceforth to rate things based on how much I enjoy them and not how good I think they are in any technical sense or by cultural importance. And this album had zero bangers.
Boogie On just never let loose like I wanted it to, but I enjoyed the bass picking. You Haven't Done Nothin was still the far side of riled but on the scale we were working in the even muted feeling was nice. They won't go had like a great two minutes and then I was waiting for it to end.
I'm not sure what the best circumstances are to listen to an entire album this down tempo and mild, but I never reached that state today.

I put this on as background music unlike the other albums so far. It was beautiful, it was sometimes fun, EF's voice is amazing. I do have a limited attention span for Gershwin though.

A classic. Took me back to the 90s. Sometimes wonder if my parents knew what I was listening to...

Didn't know that I needed this in my life. The hook is so catchy, I'm really into it.

Somehow I had only ever heard the introduction track to this album? Bonkers. It's a very cool and beautiful album, I love bands with multiple vocalists and love the callbacks from the intro throughout the album. I won't lie though I did get a little fatigued by the end with the songs blending together.

This is another one I had only really heard the singles from. It's a lot of fun, which I expected, but goes harder than I thought. I wouldn't mind finding this on vinyl.

I really enjoyed this, but I think part of it was because it was a 35 minute LP. Right when it felt like it was starting to drag it wrapped up.

I laughed out loud when I saw this was album of the day. It is fun and catchy and woke up some 90s nostalgia. Man, this does remind me why everyone knows or should know to never date a DJ though lol

It's hard to take Greenday seriously, even though I really have fun with them and a protest album is a serious album. There were much stronger protest albums around this time (including punk ones, check Rock Against Bush vol 1 & 2) but none got as much mainstream attention. So while this is good it's definitely not my fav album of it's genre/time or nor my favorite Greenday album. It feels like an odd choice for inclusion personally.
