Do you like EDM? Do you like beautiful composition? Do you like spicey bass lines? This shit is candy for your ears!!!!!!!!! First time hearing this group, but it won't be my last. Do yourself a favor and start listening to good music. You're welcome. 4.9 out of 5

I have to be honest—I didn’t enjoy this album much at all. The guitar tone was, for the most part, pretty disappointing. I get that the distortion was meant to convey emotion, but it lacked any real texture; it just felt flat. The mix was also pretty bad. I know it was the ‘80s, and home studios weren’t what they are today, but I’ve heard plenty of ‘80s projects that sound way better. Even the composition didn’t do it for me. Maybe Surfer Rosa spoiled me with its whole distorted garage music vibe. Also, a lot of the endings had weak fade-outs or just awful guitar outros, showing they didn’t know how to end a song properly. This band is all junior and no dinosaur. Rating: 2/5
