1001 Albums Summary

The fact that they made this album as a last hurrah before pretty much going their separate ways musically blows my mind. This and the white album are peak Beatles as individuals with more distinct styles all coming together perfectly on a project with the white album acting almost as a chaotic brainstorming session and abbey road being the finely tuned final project.

Never heard of Nick Drake before. Very nice. I liked the mix of folk and jazz.

Track B slaps. Love whatever is making that vocalization sound. Makes me want to buy some jazz vinyl

god dam a fkn masterpiece The beats, hooks, flows, samples, wordplay, and features all top tier Truly groundbreaking hip hop album And it was his debut sheesh 10/10 You could cut this album in half, keep only the deep cuts, and it’d still be one of the best things released that decade I think through the wire is a goofy song tho
